A Family Building Tradition Since 1980
Poulsen Builders is a family-owned residential building company with more than four decades of experience delivering quality homes, renovations and extensions throughout Torquay, Geelong and the Surf Coast.
Established in 1980, the business has built a strong reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, reliability and personalised service.
For the past 15 years, Poulsen Builders has been owned and operated by second-generation builder Nick Poulsen. Having completed his apprenticeship alongside his father before obtaining his builder's licence, Nick brings extensive hands-on experience, technical expertise and a genuine passion for quality construction.
Under Nick's leadership, Poulsen Builders has continued to build on its reputation, working alongside renowned architects to deliver some of the region's most distinctive and award-winning residences.
From substantial home renovations and extensions to architecturally designed residences, Nick and his team approach every project with the same dedication, precision and attention to detail.
Combining over 45 years of building heritage with personalised service and exceptional craftsmanship, Poulsen Builders continues to create homes built to stand the test of time.
Experience You Can Rely On
Over the years, Poulsen Builders has developed a reputation for delivering high-quality residential construction, from smaller renovations and family homes to complex, architecturally designed residences.
Nick has had the privilege of collaborating with respected architects, including internationally recognised architect Sean Godsell, on distinctive residential projects.
These collaborations, together with multiple building and architectural awards associated with our projects, reflect the skill, precision and commitment of the Poulsen Builders team.
