Custom & Architectural Homes

At Poulsen Builders, we believe every home should reflect the people who live in it. From thoughtfully designed family homes to distinctive architectural residences, we bring experience, craftsmanship and attention to detail to every build.

With over four decades of building heritage throughout Torquay, Geelong and the Surf Coast, Poulsen Builders has established a reputation for delivering quality custom homes and award-winning architectural projects.

Led by Nick Poulsen, our experienced team has had the privilege of collaborating with some of Australia's most respected architects, bringing innovative designs to life through skilled construction, precision and an unwavering commitment to quality.

We understand that building a custom home is a significant investment, and we pride ourselves on providing a personalised, collaborative approach throughout the construction process. Whether working from architectural plans or helping clients navigate the early stages of their building journey, we focus on understanding each client's vision, lifestyle and budget.

From smaller custom family homes to complex architectural residences, every project receives the same level of care, dedication and craftsmanship.

Exceptional homes aren't defined by their size, but by the quality and care with which they're built.
